The Comeback Of Denim

Denim is making a comeback – on shorts, skirts, overalls and even the unconventional, such as midi skirts and hoodies. For all you out there who are completely overwhelmed by the multitude of denim options there are, we have categorised them as such for you to take your pick.

1. Denim Jeans

Needless to say, the most commonly worn denim apparel is the jeans. They are functional, versatile and trendy. Go for the ripped jeans look, which is all the rage this season, or if you are more adventurous, why not put on a pair of denim jeans with prints and patterns?

2. Denim Jackets

Another common denim look you can see on the street is the denim jacket. Pair them with a simple t-shirt and pants to add some colour and texture to your ensemble or wear them with a dress to add some edge to a feminine look.

3. Denim Overalls

Mixing and matching current trends is a favourite hobby for fashionistas and denim overalls are an example of that, in particular, denim “skirt” overalls.  Even a simple, plain dark blue denim overall will make one look absolutely adorable and you can even opt for one with prints to grab even more attention.

4. Denim for Men

Unlike our pleated and wide-pant trend which is geared more towards women, men are equally able to pull off the denim look as well. Dark blue, tailored jeans are perfect for a casual look and, at the same time, gives the impression that he at least “bothers to dress up”.
